ACEP's approach involves a variety of learning models including personal and team coaching to develop the capacity of individuals and organisations.

e5 PLATO Program - 2010
ACEP facilitates the statewide e5 Teacher Professional Leave PLATO program to over 430 teachers. Participants who have been awarded professional leave are developing a range of professional learning resources (artefacts) to be shared on the Ultranet in 2010.
Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership Instructional Coach Training Program
ACEP is currently delivering the new Instructional Coach Training Program through the Bastow Institute of Education Leadership. The Instructional Coach Training program is a comprehensive professional learning initiative, incorporating the explicit teaching of coaching theories and skills and an ongoing, integrated school-based support structure to assist the development of relevant coaching capabilities.
Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership e5 Master Class
ACEP delivered the inaugral e5 Master Class for school leaders in 2010. The program aimed to strengthen participants' understanding of the e5 Instructional Model and explorde ways of leading conversations about teacher practice.
ACEP is committed to corporate social responsibility and demonstrates this in its ongoing support of the highly regarded scholarship program run by Western Chances and educational opportunities for women affected by homelessness through the Catherine House Trust.
